Is Kashinex already connected to ABDM, NHCX or APAAR?

Not yet. These national integrations are on our roadmap, and each one goes through the government's own approval process before it can go live. Our first partner institutions help decide which we build first. We will mark each one as live on this site only once it is certified.

How long does it take to go live?

Most hospitals and schools go live in 2–4 weeks. The exact time depends on how many departments or classes you have and which modules you choose.

Can you bring over data from our current system?

Yes. We move records from registers, Excel sheets or your existing software, and check the migrated data with your team before you switch over.

Can the software be changed to fit how we work?

Yes. Fee heads, departments, roles, report formats and forms are all configurable. If you need something genuinely new, we can build it as a custom module.

How do you keep patient data secure?

Multi-factor sign-in, access limited by role and branch, audited break-glass access, masked sensitive fields, automatic screen lock, and a strict rule that patient data never appears in links, logs or notifications. Every sign-in and sensitive action is recorded in an audit log.

Where is our data stored, and who owns it?

Your data is hosted in India, kept private and belongs to you. You can export it whenever you want.
